Life Coaching and Empowerment

I am now offering Life Coaching. These sessions will be different from my readings, in that they will be ongoing for a period of time to help my clients get through certain periods in their life, or to help them make serious life changes over time, or to enhance their own spiritual growth. This is NOT a psychic reading, however, if I do pick up on information I will pass it along.

Each client is an individual, and each person will need different types of information or work to get through certain things.

This is an individualized, Intensive, one on one telephone and/or in person psychic medium training program. It was originally designed to accommodate students who live too far to receive in person training, however, it can be a combination of in person and telephone training depending on where you are located at.

As the instructor, I work with you personally during the course of 8 weeks, one session per week (depending on what is agreed upon for dates/times) lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours long. The overall goal is to bring you to a level of proficiency and confidence in your psychic skill level so you have what you need to begin practicing on your own. As with my group classes, while you are developing your psychic skills, you are also healing yourself as a person as as a psychic/healer and raising your level of happiness.

Some students take this training because they are desiring to increase their current skill level, while others are brand new on the path of the psychic arts but want to ensure they have the best training possible. Still others have strong personal healing goals and view the training as a path to their own spiritual growth.

I structure the training based on each students needs, goals, skill and comfort level. First I will call you to have a student/teacher conference to determine your skill level and what you’re wanting to accomplish so that I may guide and create the best possible mentorship program. Once that is done you will receive an outline of your mentorship course to agree upon.

Depending on the students comfort level, by the 3rd or 4th session, supportive volunteers might be brought on the phone so the student can practice on them under my close supervision.

A couple sessions could be spent learning remote viewing skills by reading objects, locations, and events both past, present and future.

Throughout the training the student learns how to improve communication with spirit guides, Angels, and learns how to protect themselves & deal with fear & doubt.

The training includes 7 training sessions and concludes with a full reading by myself to equal 8 sessions.

While I make myself available to the student every two weeks, some students have such busy lives and hectic carreers that they prefer to meet with me once every 3 weeks, etc. I am very flexible with this. Some students request the same day/time every two weeks while the majority like to set a new time/day at the end of each session. It’s never a problem to reschedule if something comes up at the last minute.

The cost is $1,000 for the full program. I can only have about 3 or 4 students at any given time. (Each session is intense for both the student and myself, so I never work with more then one student bi-weekly. The program is comprehensive and teaches skills and provides experiences and enables transformation that is really priceless. Skills learned can also apply to everyday life as well as your psychic work!

The program is not homework intensive but students are encouraged to practice meditations and readings in between sessions. Those that do tend to find the program even more enriching. There may be some ‘homework’ to be completed before the next session but I promise this is not like high school.

Since the course is conducted over the telephone, I usually call the student at my own expense. I am able to call anyone in any part of the world so I am beginning to work with international students now. It is necessary to have a good command of the English language unless you have your own interpreter who is really good.

It’s January…2009!

Hello everyone, it’s freakin cold outside eh? My gosh. I have heard that the 2009 connections tour will be postponed, no worries though. Everything happens for a reason. Those who have signed up can stay signed up, eventually the new date will be posted and everyone will be contacted to see if they are still interested. I’m not concerned as I just allow life to take place and keep moving forward. I may not understand what my guides are trying to do, but I have to trust.

This year, 2009 I will be focusing on cold cases. I will probably work on one or two cases a year. Meaning I will actually go out to locations, see people, etc using my intuitive investigations if you will. I do profiling and this is a part of what I want to do. Although not something I want to be known for. I just have to wait for those to contact. That will be my guide. I have already put out in the Universe that if it’s something I’m suppose to do in 2009, it will find me.

I have also been booking psychic parties and other such things. People have contacted me and said I’ll arrange for such a number of people to be at my home for you to ‘read’ them. Sure, why not. I will only read for half hour per person, it’s cheaper as well than my regular half hour fee. Of course it depends though on how far I will travel. And I will travel. I have already been to Spiritwood, which is about 2hrs away from where I live. I required an overnight fee and travel fees. Which wasn’t too bad. It was still cheaper per person than my regular fee for the half hour. It worked out well for all involved! I had a great time as well, a bit tired…but I love meeting new people and seeing the energy changes and shifts in them. Plus a bonus for the host, or person who organizes it is that they get their half hour for free if it’s more than 10 people they book!

I had a voice mail saying that people are having troubles working my online calendar….I haven’t received too many emails about it. Now granted it can be confusing. I may not keep it and just go by email to book…who knows. Telephone is difficult to find me or my assistant to book. Keep trying eventually we will connect! As far as I know, I may be heading to Florida this October 2009….I’m sure I’ll know more closer to the date.

What is my Life Purpose…

What is my life purpose? As a psychic medium I am often asked that question a lot of times or pick up on the fact that this is an issue in this person’s life at the moment. This is a very difficult question to look into. I feel very uncomfortable with telling a person what to do, but will still let them know the area they should consider and look into. But that area of focus, what is my life purpose isn’t answered simply by just saying this is the career you should head towards, etc…it’s not a matter of what to do for a living, it’s sometimes a way of thinking or mind set. Like there is an empty place inside of them that can’t be filled up no matter what they do. If they find the ‘perfect’ job would that make them happy? What about the ‘perfect’ relationship? Usually not, eventually that old empty feeling will return.

There are times as well that the person is just not following what they were meant to do…we are all born with a character/personality, it is given, a gift from guardians upon your birth…so I’ve heard anyways, that’s how the old story goes isn’t it?…people are not really afraid of dying but more so they’re afraid of not ever having lived, not ever having considered their life’s higher purpose and not ever having stepped into that purpose and to try to make a difference in this world…and sometimes that’s the main reason not to try because God forbid…what if I failed!

So those people tend to consult someone like me, a psychic who can perhaps answer the following questions, “I want to know what my life purpose is.” “I’m so confused, I know there is something that I’m suppose to be doing, but I don’t know what it is.” “If only I could get some clarity, then I could take action.” Not that I want to put myself out of business, but you can find these answers yourself…that’s the name of the game called LIFE. In order to get or find that life purpose is to change your thoughts, instead of being frustrated on not figuring out a purpose…think instead perhaps of (1) There is a purpose in almost everything that happens, (2) Believe that anything is possible, don’t make excuses, (3) Where do you fit in the bigger picture, meaning who are you?, (4) Begin by shifting your perspective…it is true that you create your own reality….meaning your perceptions, attitudes and beliefs are what you see mirrored in the external, physical world, this also includes relationships (yikes).

So when you are sitting down at a table for lunch, or stopped at a stop light and ponder, “What is my life’s work?” your assumption is that there is some defined, measurable, and findable title, occupation, profession, career, calling, service, talent, or identity that is hidden just beyond your reach. You believe that the attainment of your purpose will make you financially secure beyond all fear or guaranteeing respect from all who cross your path! The lack of attainment perhaps makes you feel worthless or invisible. Don’t externalize “purpose”, and cast it as something invisible to you and unattainable. Your purpose is simply just to be. How you live life, not what role you live in. Your purpose is found each moment as you make choices to be who you really are. Life becomes serene and enjoyable precisely when selfish pleasure and personal success are no longer the guiding goals!

Death of a Loved One

Wow, I haven’t written in my blog for a long while. Sorry about that.

July has been an up and down month for me. I was in Regina (2.5hr away) and was on my way back. I had an urge to call my mother on my drive back. She was with my grandmother who hadn’t been feeling well, flu perhaps? I asked my mother to ask my grandmother, lol, how my grandfather and grandmother met. My mother said oh they met at a dance I think. I said no, ask her. My mother said I’ll ask her when she’s feeling better. I then pleaded no mom, please ask her now, I have to know now! I was almost desperate to know. She did ask and I could hear my grandmother in the background answering. They met at a friend’s house, this friend had 6 children! I then went on to ask what happened next? Did my grandfather start to follow her, did they write, phone, etc? My mother said I’ll ask her tomorrow when she may be feeling better. That’s when I said, tell her I love her and hung up the phone. This is when I began to cry on my drive back from Regina to Saskatoon…Tomorrow never came. My grandmother died early the next morning. I flew to Nova Scotia that evening. I cancelled all my appt.s and everything I had planned. I stayed overnight in the Toronto airport, can’t find a good hotel these days! I went back for my mother, not really for my grandmother. My grandmother is ok, doesn’t make it any easier and yes I do cry but only for myself and my family left behind. I stayed for a few days and came back home.

On a better note, I’ll be on a few radio programs for the month of August and September. I don’t advertise these and I suppose I should, however, I’ve been on a ton of radio. Joining the Gym…what was I thinking???

Ok, so I’ve been thinking of joining a gym for a long time and kept putting it off and off…well I just joined one! It’s a woman’s only gym and you use each machine for about 30 to 60 seconds (depends on the day, sometimes it’s a 30 sec or 60 sec day). I met with a trainer and she made out a program for me which depended on what I wanted to do with my body…no offense to Madonna, but I don’t want my body to look like hers…Ok, so I began my training…ugh…I am now in my second week and I go every other day. I workout and have a day off. I go around the set at the gym twice! The first couple of times at the gym wasn’t so bad…but then came day number 6. My gosh, I had muscles in places I didn’t know had muscles aching!! One night I couldn’t sleep because I ached sooo bad. Then I decided one evening that I had to get a massage or die! So I called around, good grief, with almost 5 pages of massage therapy places you’d think I could find an appt last minute….well I did find one, with a guy. I truly didn’t want to, no offense to the men who read this but good grief, you’re half naked lying on a bed while a guy massages you…..now get your minds outta the gutter, I am married and to me I only want my husband to massage me, well actually he does a terrible job so forget my last comment. Anyways, I would just feel uncomfortable. So I thought and thought about what to do. I needed a massage and I just felt I couldn’t wait….so I went for it. I got to my appt. and met with the guy and here he is stuttering and I’m like ok, well what do I wear. He’s like you can leave on underwear…so of course I left my underwear and bra on. Now here comes time for the back massage. So he asks very politly if he can undo the bra strap, well ummmm ok. So he tries and tries and I was about 2 secs away from saying for crying out loud I’ll do it myself and then he finally got it undone. So I finally had a massage by a guy, not bad, but still couldn’t fully relax. Now the gym thing again, I keep going and going and hoping it’s making a difference. I feel good and it is helping me sleep much better. I also get promotional offers such as the red sauna thing and tanning. Which I have never done either of them before. I went for my first tanning session yesterday! So again, here I am naked in a tanning bed, good grief!! It wasn’t too bad actually. I don’t need tanning but I figured a little help would do wonders for my skin. I’ve heard that it can help with the complexion. I don’t know if it truly does or not, but oh well, I still thought it was good to be pampered a bit. Next up with be the infra-red sauna thing. I will post when I have my monthly check with the trainer after she measures and weighs me again to let you all know if anything has changed…it darn better that’s all I can say with all I’m going through.

I’ve also been sick. Had a chest cold and had to change all my appointments. Man, I hate doing that it wrecks my time with my family to have to move everything and is terrible for my clients as well…but it’s necessary and part of life I guess. My middle child went into the hospital the other day for day surgery. She had to have work done on her teeth. She’s fine by the way and is her normal cranky self.
