Barb will begin with an exciting orientation explaining the workings of past lives and general spiritual travel.
Then you will participate in the actual guided group past life regression. In this session you will have the
opportunity to safely travel back to one of your past lives and re-experience it first hand. Upon completion
you will take a few moments to document your experience while your memories are still fresh in your mind.
Experiences can then be shared with the group about their journeys. This is the most exciting venture that
you will ever experience on this side.
This type of session is an effective means of facilitating self-development or resolving various difficulties
such as phobias, problems with relationships, and addictions.
