Question: Why do I keep attracting abusive relationships?

After getting out of a 22 year relationship with an abusive man, 10 years ago, I have felt as though my life truly began when my marriage ended.

While I have learned and grown so much in the last ten years, I feel this block inside me that prevents me from finding and attaining what I want in life.

I’m holding myself back. How do I unblock that part of myself that prevents me from finding the type of relationship that is loving, respectful and supportive?

The same type of man keeps showing up in my life and I now realize, it’s me doing the attracting and bringing into my life. Help!

Like Crystal, do you ever notice that you attract the same types of partners over and over again? Isn’t it perplexing when you end a bad relationship — vowing to never again date a person like that — you seem to end up with a new partner who turns out to have those same qualities?

So, what do you do when you notice you are picking the same kind of partner over and over again? What do you do when you notice you are picking people you have to convince to love you?

First and foremost, understand what you are really doing in relationships. Look at your motivations. Look at the story of your life that you are trying to tell. Be honest and truthful with what you recognize in yourself. Be authentic! Take a good look at your childhood, parents, interactions of friends and the teachers in your life. What do you tell yourself in your own mind?

Second, start to heal those past wounds by giving to yourself. Didn’t get enough attention as a child? Spend an hour a day in solitude and silence finding out how you feel and who you are. Didn’t get enough toys? Establish a separate savings account and call it “Play Money.” Spend it only on toys, and make sure to spend it all and often. You get the idea. Get your needs met. Remember to make a pledge to yourself first thing in the morning to be aware of you. Aware of the energy you are receiving and giving off.

Third, learn how to be only with people who are willing to grow. People who are not willing to grow are not bad. But being in an intimate relationship with them will hurt, because relationships are always about growth for both people involved. Stick to your ‘guns’, stop making excuses for those around you, set your boundaries…never deviate from the plan.

And finally, choose people who want to be with you beyond the three-month crush.

Be conscious and choose wisely. It’s your life. Make it full of love.

Allison Dubois & Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

I just have one thing to say about this week’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” - Allison DuBois! WHATEVER! She is one crazy medium, psychic, if that’s what she portrayed on the show.

I believe the dinner table fight will go down in history in the Real Housewives franchise. Epic. Allison basically sat there and spewed venom at Kyle Richards while sipping her giant martini and smoking her electronic cigarette. Allison Dubois came off so BADLY when she gave Kyle a reading about how her husband would never emotionally satisfy her.

Obviously there was tension between those two, but Allison should have kept that reading private. Then for Allison to state she knows when Kyle would DIE!! C’mon! There are certainly feelings that a psychic/medium would be aware of if someone were sick or certain points where bad things can happen, but there is no way you can confirm an absolute “death” for someone. That made me sick. That’s like saying “move over Jesus, Allison has arrived”.
There have been many clients that have come through my door worried that they only had a few months to live because some psychic medium said so! I suppose that could be true if the psychic was trying to scare the client to death. Irresponsible!

Allison made a big deal about “having a girl’s night,” and not working, even though Lisa Vanderpump wanted to see a few of Allison’s party tricks, but tried to lure us all in by explaining that she’s been on Oprah and that people can’t get enough of her once they taste her. I guess someone forgot to check their ego at the door, or perhaps it went flying out the window while swigging cocktails like they were water. This is how Psychics and Mediums get a bad reputation. Talk about a bad attitude with a twist of viciousness = bat crap crazy.

Hey Allison, control your emotions…eh. I’m not saying Allison doesn’t have talent, don’t get your thong in a knot…I’m sure she has the potential for being nice…just as I am sure Perez Hilton can be, oh Queen Of Mean.

Here are some of my thoughts on the show and one of the ladies. I feel like Camille isn’t intentionally mean, but she is a bit delusional. She is one of those women that think that every other woman is jealous of her. That is the way that she explains any sort of conflict between her and the other women. Camille, darling…own what’s yours…don’t blame everyone else. Perhaps realizing that you are in part creating the conflict as well, would be a good start. I don’t know you personally, but I do feel you have great energy and probably give more than you get. It makes you exhausted doesn’t it? I would love to tell you what I hear from Spirit about you, but unlike some psychics and mediums, that I won’t mention because I have class…I’ll do it in private!

I know about Television and the “drama” and what it requires. But I truly believe that Allison was completely over the top and a fame “wanna be”, because no self respecting psychic/medium would ever talk and act that way. We don’t always agree with what the client may say, but we are here to dispense positive energy. Even in the light of negative energy. A skill like ours is a terrible thing to waste Allison.

Celebrity Predictions: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt

I was asked to do a blog on Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, thanks for your emails to request this…it warms my heart. However, these two make me nauseous!!

Spencer Pratt is terribly immature and Heidi is a person that needs someone to hang and lean on. She has huge insecurities and both have addictive personalities. I see her having emotional issues, crying jags where she just feels negative and worthless. She bounces back but it’s an exhausted cycle and roller coaster ride.

Heidi is in danger of falling into the Hollywood trap of listening to anyone that promises a career. The next thing you’ll hear from them is that Heidi is going into rehab to work on emotional issues such as an eating disorder…way to jump on the band wagon. Then she will begin to have issues with the plastic surgery she received. It’s not true, it’s embellished…a small percentage is true but for the most part, lies. Guess what, if their lips are moving, it’s a lie!

Spencer says everyone hates him because he played such an unlikeable guy on the Hills. Well I have never watched this show and they annoy me. People have an issue with them because they lie!!!

Now if they want some intuitive advice from a Psychic Medium & Profiler instead of a woo woo guru with crystals (just saying), then I would suggest to first be authentic. Stop worrying about being someone you are not and become serious and work hard! Just be real, people will relate better that way and appreciate it. Spencer, producers do not want to work with you because you act like a 17 year old that feels like they know everything! Be humble…learn, ask questions and relax. The next thing we will hear is that he has an anger problem, well yea…but more like temper tantrums of a 5 year old….sigh.

Paul the Psychic Octopus dies

Aaaawwww.

“Management and staff at the Oberhausen Sea Life Centre were devastated to discover that oracle octopus Paul, who achieved global renown during the recent World Cup, had passed away overnight,” the aquarium in Germany says in a statement released Tuesday, Oct. 26. He was only 2.

The famous cephalopod, who showed so much promise in the sports prognotistication field, would have been 3 in January.

Paul was born in Weymouth, England in January 2008. His track record for predicting the winner of soccer matches was pretty good, slipping up on two of the Euro 2008 games, but boasting a perfect record for this summer’s World Cup. In July 2010, he retired from predicting.

His method for indicating the soccer god’s favor was simple: Paul would indicate the victor by eating the mussel in one of two plastic boxes adorned with the flags of the competing soccer teams.

Paul’s final resting place and funeral arrangements have yet to be announced.

R.I.P. Paul

They say another Octopus will be the new title of psychic, time will tell of course, but it won’t live up to Paul.

Hereafter – Matt Damon/Clint Eastwood Movie

For the most part I enjoyed the movie. However as a whole it did leave me and many others wondering and asking more questions. The opening of the movie was shot perfectly, but then the movie faltered from there. The romantic scenes were rather corny and the ending left the viewer hanging. I think it could have been cast or written better…but I still enjoyed it. If you are going to go watch the movie to get the answers about life after death then don’t go….

As a Professional Psychic Medium I can relate to some of the experiences of the Psychic portrayed in the movie. I enjoy my work, yet at times it feels like the weight of the world is upon me because you do not want to turn anyone away. Balance is a key in anyones life, I’m no exception.

It seems calling yourself a psychic medium is the new it thing! Everyone wants to be one. Some have a natural ability and others not so much. Everyone has skills, I have a voice so I can sing…but I’m not very good at it. I could take voice lessons and workshops, etc but I’ll never be the next Celine Dion. I’m naturally good at what I do, a psychic medium. I gauge my skill by the amount of people who request my help, the number of emails I receive or the number of times my phone rings, which is sometimes at 3am in the morning. (I’ve learned to turn my phone off). I’ve never had a near death experience that ‘opened’ me up. I don’t profess that God speaks through me, I just know what I know and don’t care much about how it works, it’s not my job to figure that out. I just continue on with what I do, change lives, change minds and teach by example that it’s ok to be who you are when everyone else around you is telling you otherwise.

When I sit down with a client it’s like sitting or walking through a busy shopping mall. People are rushing by you, talking all around you, it’s over stimulation of senses. But most times there is someone who is closer, so close their voice is louder than the rest. So you hold onto that for as long as the connection will last.

In person & by telephone

Please Read Carefully…

This is an individualized, Intensive, one on one telephone and/or in person psychic medium training program. It was originally designed to accommodate students who live too far to receive in person training, however, it can be a combination of in person and telephone training depending on where you are located at.

As the instructor, I work with you personally during the course of 8 weeks, one session per week (depending on what is agreed upon for dates/times) lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours long. The overall goal is to bring you to a level of proficiency and confidence in your psychic skill level so you have what you need to begin practicing on your own. As with my group classes, while you are developing your psychic skills, you are also healing yourself as a person as as a psychic/healer and raising your level of happiness.

Some students take this training because they are desiring to increase their current skill level, while others are brand new on the path of the psychic arts but want to ensure they have the best training possible. Still others have strong personal healing goals and view the training as a path to their own spiritual growth.

I structure the training based on each students needs, goals, skill and comfort level. First I will call you to have a student/teacher conference to determine your skill level and what you’re wanting to accomplish so that I may guide and create the best possible mentorship program. Once that is done you will receive an outline of your mentorship course to agree upon.

Depending on the students comfort level, by the 3rd or 4th session, supportive volunteers might be brought on the phone so the student can practice on them under my close supervision.

A couple sessions could be spent learning remote viewing skills by reading objects, locations, and events both past, present and future.

Throughout the training the student learns how to improve communication with spirit guides, Angels, and learns how to protect themselves & deal with fear & doubt.

The training includes 7 training sessions and concludes with a full reading by myself to equal 8 sessions.

While I make myself available to the student every two weeks, some students have such busy lives and hectic carreers that they prefer to meet with me once every 3 weeks, etc. I am very flexible with this. Some students request the same day/time every two weeks while the majority like to set a new time/day at the end of each session. It’s never a problem to reschedule if something comes up at the last minute.

The cost is $1,000 for the full program. I can only have about 3 or 4 students at any given time. (Each session is intense for both the student and myself, so I never work with more then one student bi-weekly. The program is comprehensive and teaches skills and provides experiences and enables transformation that is really priceless. Skills learned can also apply to everyday life as well as your psychic work!

The program is not homework intensive but students are encouraged to practice meditations and readings in between sessions. Those that do tend to find the program even more enriching. There may be some ‘homework’ to be completed before the next session but I promise this is not like high school.

Since the course is conducted over the telephone, I usually call the student at my own expense. It is necessary to have a good command of the English language unless you have your own interpreter who is really good.
