There are several things to be aware of when booking a Session with Barb. To save the client time and energy, we suggest you read the following guidelines. It's lengthy, but if you are going to invest your money in this reading, you should know what to expect. With everything spelled out you come from a more empowered place for conducting your reading. As well as saving time telling you all of this during your appointment time. She would prefer to get right to your consultation.

Over the years she has encountered many of the same questions concerning the reading once she has the client on the line. This is meant to answer a lot of your questions so that Barb can focus entirely on your reading.

We know some of you may have used Keen and other per- minute services. And, because of this, you may actually rush your reading. Some fear a building phone bill and psychic charges. This is a most difficult formula to work under, and we don't envy those readers a bit. They are under a great deal of pressure.

It is very difficult to jump right into a person's spirit within those "free 3 minutes." So, for both of our sakes, please don't rush the reading. You are paying for a set amount of time. Barb will get to your questions in this amount of time.

Three Important Points:

1. Barb does all her own readings, there is never a substitute that will be reading you.
2. Everything discussed in your reading is confidential. Regardless if you are a stay at home parent, a celebrity, or involved within the government, all readings are confidential.
3. Our database is solely for the purpose of sending our newsletter and offers that we have either endorsed or have available. Addresses will NEVER be loaned out or sold to another person.

The way we do a 60 minute reading:

Barb will first connect with your energy, this may take a couple of minutes. She will then start off telling you exactly what she gets.

There are three parts to your reading. Past, Present and future. Occasionally someone from the other side will come in during this time.  They will usually make themselves known for validation, and it is at this time that you may ask them any questions you might have.  Please understand that we have no control over who comes through at this point.  She can also attempt contact with your loved one for you at your request, as this is YOUR reading.  Please be prepared, however, that if they do not come through, she will then continue to the next part of the reading.

When Barb enters the daily life portion of the reading, she will get into things that are happening in your life at present. This is where she discuss relationships, career, life path, children, health, friends, and family matters. Most of your current life situations will be addressed here.

*If a deceased loved one pops in, she will most certainly go into depth with them, allowing you contact with them and the opportunity to converse with them. However, it cannot be forced. This is a form of mental medium ship. There is no extra charge for this in your reading, however, please do not make this your primary focus. Concentrate instead on what you need to learn concerning your life patterns so that Barb might give you the guidance you seek.

These readings are not geared to tell you what you want to hear. What her job consists of is to assist you in ways to change your behavior patterns to begin to draw more positive flow into your life.

A reading with Barb should be a time for clarity and direction. She wants you to go away from this saying, "Ok, now I know some of the things I need to do if I want to improve my circumstances and situations." Most of the time this is not an easy fix. Anything worth having is worth working for.

The final thing to know about the session is this: we do not create dependency with clients. We will not read you any more than once every three months unless you had only a 15 minute session. And some only need once a year, while still others are one time in their life.

She takes your trust in her very seriously. So seriously, she will NOT take advantage of you. In your reading you have been given what you need. If it is INDEED an emergency, if everything HAS already happened that was predicted, or there was a severe change, she will read for you sooner than the three months stated above. It will be for a 15 minute reading, sticking directly to the issues at hand.

Does she tape record her readings?

Telephone readings are taped, although not guaranteed. The private in person sessions at this time are not recorded, she will begin to record in the future. She encourages you to have a pen and paper handy before the reading is to take place.

Why do things change in a prediction?

Let us explain the way it is. Your life path is a tree. You have come to learn specific things while here on earth. Believe it or not. These things, this purpose, is the tree trunk.

The branches reflect all the different ways you can get to the end of the tree. Some branches are wide and strong, while others are weak and fickle. Some have twigs that branch off several times before ending. But, they all have one thing in common. They all reach upward, they all end the same way.

It is the same with you. You have the ability to take this branch or that one. You might even jump a branch in mid climb (or you may need to). The end result is the same, the lesson has been lived and learned. Our job is to help you navigate those branches.

So, if after your reading you make a conscious choice and you jump a branch, this can change everything.

Refund Policy

"STOP THE READING." Within the first 15 minutes of your reading we will know if this is going to work between the reader or not.

You have the option to say "You know what I am not comfortable with this reading," and we stop it. No charge to you. Please understand if she says to you, does everything sound accurate, and you say yes, this indicates we are on for the reading.

Although it is your responsibility, it is usually the psychic medium who will stop the reading. We can tell when we hit people. "Ummm, maybe" or "well, it could be..." are not connecting answers. This tells us we are not connecting with you on the level we want to.

We understand that you might be disappointed if she cannot read you, but trust, you would be MORE disappointed to get a half-rate reading. You must trust her judgment in this if she chooses to disconnect the reading. This is ultimately for your benefit.

Why would this happen? Several reasons.

1. Many times you do not need the reading.
2. You are not supposed to be aware of what is coming. This sounds ominous, but it's not.
3. The chemistry between us is not right. This can happen. Don't forget we are human too. As much as we try to stay in the light, sometimes we are in a bad mood too. We won't do your reading if that is the case, it would be unfair to you.
4. You are too close minded. If you are a huge skeptic and looking to prove us wrong, don't call. We have a limited amount of time to work with people and don't have the energy to entertain you.

So, what do we do if any of the above happen? You have a choice. And, we want you to understand it doesn't matter to us, we just want you to be comfortable.

1. Reschedule your appointment - this may take some time to get you rescheduled.
2. Refund your money, credit your card, etc.
3. Transfer the reading to another qualified reader, with your permission of course.

Her reputation matters to her, and she wants to only give her clients the best she can.

Cancellation Policy:

We have no problem if you have to cancel. We can reschedule usually within a 2 month period. But, please be considerate and let us know as soon as you can. We understand things arise and we cannot always get to a phone, but if you can, please do so.

If you are not available from more than 6 minutes into your reading time, then you will have to be rescheduled. We will do our best to be on time, and to give our best. Please do the same.

Please be aware that we may cancel appointments as well. Sometimes at the last moment.

If you call for your appointment while drinking or using drugs (we are not speaking of maintenance medication here) your appointment will be cancelled and not rescheduled.

When you are drinking or drugging you cannot be a clear read and have not taken this reading in the spirit it is intended, there is nothing but chaos when we look into you.

Call Backs or Emails:

We will try to call you back or email to book your appointment 3 times. You must leave a call back number and at what time is the best (eastern, central, pacific, international, etc.). We will only leave a message stating "Sacred Connections is returning your call, please contact our office once again." Please be sure to leave your evening and weekend call back numbers as that is when we do our call backs. Remember AREA CODES as well.
